Hi I'm Laura !


I've been a Personal Trainer for 13 years. For me helping people with their exercise journey is what I love most.


I work with people that have different goals; whether its gaining strength , getting fitter or becoming more mobile. I'm also qualified and specialise in Pregnancy and Postnatal exercise.


Being a parent, I understand the demands of life, time restraints and how to fit exercise in to a busy schedule. This enables me to coach with empathy and understanding. I also believe that everyone has the right to feel comfortable in a gym environment which I can help with.

Michelle Ortega

Hey, I'm Michelle Ortega!


I Have 8 years experience as a strength and fitness coach, my passion lies in transforming athletes and everyday individuals in to the best versions of themselves.

As an Ex-Professional basketball player that represented Portugal I have lived the highs and challenges of elite sports.


Battling Spondyloarthritis I used my expertise to reclaim my strength and achieve a pain free life, returning to Basketball and Powerlifting.


Currently I am a GB Strength and Conditioning Coach, working with professional athletes and academy players as well as everyday clients. My coaching is designed to elevate everyday performance, build strength and install confidence through personalised training programs.


I provide : Strength Coaching / Small Group Coaching / Corrective Strength & Performance Coaching / Injury Prevention & Rehabilitation Strategies.

I am now in my 50's and i recognise how important strength training is as we age and how our training changes from when we were in our 20's.


I have 2 decades of experience in the fitness industry, I am here to inspire, help & motivate 40+ Men & Women in becoming the best version of themselves as they age.


My name is Eric Davis and i am the founder of YP FITNESS.


I first gained an interest in fitness when i was 18 years old, this interest quickly developed in to a passion and since then i have been dedicated to understanding the most effective and efficient way to increase muscle mass and decrease body fat, through training & nutrition.


This journey began when i initially started training family and friends for fun this then developed in to my chosen career path.


This was an obvious choice for me as it was clear i have a natural ability to coach and motivate people to understand & trust in my methods, as i always get & expect amazing results.


Along with the skills i have developed to be able to design effective goals and pinpoint flaws within a clients current nutritional lifestyle & habits, i can correct them in a way that is both easy and manageable within their current needs and circumstances.
