Hi I'm Laura !


I've been a Personal Trainer for 13 years. For me helping people with their exercise journey is what I love most.


I work with people that have different goals; whether its gaining strength , getting fitter or becoming more mobile. I'm also qualified and specialise in Pregnancy and Postnatal exercise.


Being a parent, I understand the demands of life, time restraints and how to fit exercise in to a busy schedule. This enables me to coach with empathy and understanding. I also believe that everyone has the right to feel comfortable in a gym environment which I can help with.

I am now in my 50's and i recognise how important strength training is as we age and how our training changes from when we were in our 20's.


I have 2 decades of experience in the fitness industry, I am here to inspire, help & motivate 40+ Men & Women in becoming the best version of themselves as they age.


My name is Eric Davis and i am the founder of YP FITNESS.


I first gained an interest in fitness when i was 18 years old, this interest quickly developed in to a passion and since then i have been dedicated to understanding the most effective and efficient way to increase muscle mass and decrease body fat, through training & nutrition.


This journey began when i initially started training family and friends for fun this then developed in to my chosen career path.


This was an obvious choice for me as it was clear i have a natural ability to coach and motivate people to understand & trust in my methods, as i always get & expect amazing results.


Along with the skills i have developed to be able to design effective goals and pinpoint flaws within a clients current nutritional lifestyle & habits, i can correct them in a way that is both easy and manageable within their current needs and circumstances.
